I run into this great article on employee engagement. Employee engagement is a crucial motivator for employees from our generation (generation Y). For you, your job is not just about the actual work, but about all the benefits and added values behind. And here I don't speak just about financial incentives, but about the way CEO communicates with and values the employees, about possibilities to get engaged in causes, about motivating employees to take part in sports, about team building activities, about opportunities to learn something new etc. All these things you should consider when accepting a job offer.
